1. If you could TITLE your personal story, what would that title be?
Bags to Riches (the title of my book)

2.  Does your personal and business life feel well balanced or like a juggling act
– and how so?
It’s always a juggling act between personal and business. When I was building my business, I
didn’t go to a lot of family events. It’s one of only regrets in my life. You’ll never get back the
time with your family. Learn from my mistakes.

3.  What inspires you to do what you do and to inspire others?
I love to see lives changing in front of me. So many people write to me and told me how the
Women’s Small Business Expo gave them strategies to triple their income. There’s a ripple
effect with women. When you change a woman’s life, everyone around her gets the benefits.
She becomes an incredible life force and her joy is infectious.

4.  How do you describe what you do?
As the founder of Women’s Small Business Month and the Women’s Small Business Expo, I
have engineered massive empowerment events that take place every year all over the country.

5.  Who are your ideal clients to work with?
Women business owners 25-54 years old. Most of them are college educated and hungry for
knowledge build their businesses.

6.  How does your business benefit your clients?
My clients achieve their dreams through entrepreneurship.

7.  What key factors make you a success in your work?
I have over 20 years of business experience in sales, marketing, design, promotion and
creating lifetime customers.

8.   What “behind the scenes ‘success’ strategies” can you share?
My best friend, Sheryl Felice, and I used our girl-power to the max. We launched a packaging
business called
The Bag Ladies” which sells custom-printed paper and plastic bags to
leading-edge companies.

I spoke with the nation’s top business and financial experts. I searched long and hard for the
best method of building a successful business, and decided to create my own success
formula using pieces of the puzzle collected from our various wealth sources.

9.   Is there anything you have done in your life or business that has catapulted you
to a new level of success?
Our company, "The Bag Ladies", was formed in 1988. I devised a sales and marketing plan
which made the fledgling business profitable in a very short amount of time. As revenues for
the company increased every year, I met entrepreneurial women, understood what motivates
them and how I could increase their success. The
Women's Small Business Expo is now in
it's 6th year. The next one is
April 30th in Los Angeles, CA.

her talk and her talk is invaluable! The
Women’s Small Business Expo is a must be place
for ALL women whether they are working for someone else, themselves or considering a

All this and just knowing her as a person is a nice support for women in general.
Mo' To the Point!  Linda Hollander has been "caught in the act of excellence" by many, not just me.
This is a woman who truly cares about the success of other women. It's no coincidence that the
Women's Small Business Expo wreaks her heart, soul & cheer.

What I admire so much about Linda is how she really just goes for it! She is
following her life passion as she empowers others to do the same with their
passions. Linda knows the value of how large business and small business can
benefit as well as learn from each other. Personally, this is a huge part of where I
come from so as I might be a bit biased, it is honestly very validating to know
someone I greatly respect "walks this attitude" in her empowerment for others.

Some of Linda's larger clients are Disney, Cisco Systems, Mattel, Universal
Studios, Nissan, Yamaha, Sony, Revlon, Dunn Edwards Paints, Sanyo Fisher,
Avery Dennison, Day Runner, Columbia Tri Star, CBS, Robinson’s May, Casio
Phone Mate, Gold’s Gym, City of Hope, Union Bank, ASCAP, Powerade, Kaiser
Permanente, IBM, Spelling Television, Edison, Variety, Ocean Spray, Sears and
Infiniti are some of her clients.
