1. If you could TITLE your personal story, what would that title be?
Generosity of Spirit
2. Does your personal and business life feel well balanced or like a
juggling act – and how so?
It feels integrated, which means that they are one. My business is
a very personal one, so I bring my full self to it. In fact, I sign
every one of my e-mails with Love and Great Joy. It is all ONE.
3. What inspires you to do what you do and to inspire others?
I am inspired by my own connection to Spirit, by following my own inner
guidance, and having an unwavering focus on expressing my own true and
authentic self, which is filled with love, freedom and joy.
4. How do you describe what you do?
I am a mentor coach, a coach trainer, a catalyst for growth, an example of
leading an inspired life, a support for the dreams of others, a person dedicated
to random acts of kindness, a spiritual being having a human experience.
5. Who are your ideal clients to work with?
Coaches who are developing their practices using spiritual principles.
6. How does your business benefit your clientele?
Supports coaches in developing their business through spiritual practices and
integrate their own best ideas. They achieve success with ease and joy rather
than type A hard work.
7. What key factors make you a success in your work?
My vision, my values, my unwavering devotion to personal spiritual practices.
8. What “behind the scenes ‘success’ strategies” can you share?
When choosing a team, choose those who are aligned with the vision and
values of your business, and who are committed to working in an atmosphere
of ease and joy, and all your work will be fun.
9. Is there anything you have done in your life or business that has catapulted you
to a new level of success?
My spiritual practices, acting on guidance, a commitment to taking only inspired
actions.
10. Would you like to offer some personal background
What a Life!
I live in Tucson, Arizona, in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains.
After growing up in the midwest, I love the warmth and the casual atmosphere
in the southwest -- I feel like I am on a perpetual vacation!
I was raised in the suburbs of Chicago, in a Catholic family of Italian heritage.
I am the oldest of six children, and the first person on either side of the family
to get a Bachelor's and Master's degree.
Personal favorites: spa days, mojitos, watsu (water shiatsu), spa days, the
movie "Truly, Madly, Deeply," lobster on the beach, the latest self-development
book, warm weather, did I mention spa days
Beyond Rose Colored Glasses
I have an outgoing personality and I am a very positive person. I see the glass
not as half-empty or full, but as overflowing.
I have an unwavering belief in the infinite resourcefulness of each individual,
and I truly believe that whatever question anyone can think of to ask, that they
have the answer already within them.
I also have an uncanny ability to speak the truth in a powerful way so that
others can hear it clearly and take action on it.
It has been and continues to be my deep privilege to coach.
"A Bit 'Mo": Karen has a very authentic, true to herself style about her. She works
with those she resonates with who in turn are most likely to resonate with her. In coaching
practices, this is the ideal scenario as when you are a client, whether in a business situation
or personal, if both parties are on different wave lengths, it is not the right match.
